They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I sat on hold for 2 hours, emailed, and tried to live chat them multiple times.

No one responded for days and even weeks.

I paid overnight shipping and it is 2 weeks later and I don't have my books. I am NEVER using this site ever again STAY AWAY!!!!!!'

Really, Wow! Thank you for posting, sorry you had to deal with this, but you saved me from a possible nightmare!

I guess I should have known that the prices were to good to be true!

Saving money, no matter how much is not worth what you are going through and still no books! Good Luck!
