Ordered some of my books online last min and neebo was the only place I could find them.I ordered used books and they came in horrible condition.

The local neebo store claimed I couldn't return them in store like the web page said. So I had to scramble to get them returned via the post office. A month after I return the books I get an email saying I must pay for damaged books.

Called customer service to resolve the issue and was on hold for several hours and hung up on twice.Very poor service and quality.

This reviewer shared experience about damaged or defective and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Neebo. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
